Step by step
Choose the supplier party. The same party directory is used for customers and suppliers.
Search available defective batteries by model, code or dealer.
Select the individual battery rows you are actually sending. Selections remain while changing the filter; review them before saving.
Set the dispatch date and required details.
Save and check every battery in the supplier dispatch.
What to check
- Selected batteries are marked as sent and are no longer available for another dispatch or scrap sale.
Things to know
- Dispatch alone does not record a supplier payment or recovery.
- Only eligible available defective stock is listed. A battery already dispatched or sold as scrap cannot be sent again.
