Receive supplier claim money into cash or bank
Record an actual supplier refund against a dispatched battery.

WHERE TO GO
Supplier Claims → battery → Approve battery or Receive battery
Step by step
Open the dispatched battery.
Choose approval with immediate receipt, or Receive battery for an approved claim.
Select Cash / bank as the recovery method.
Enter the Recovery value (Rs) and choose Receive into.
Set the date, add notes and save.
Check supplier recovery history and the selected Money account.
What to check
- The recovery reduces outstanding approved value and increases the selected money account.
Things to know
- Do not also enter a normal supplier receipt for the same refund.
- An approval-only amount does not mean the money has arrived.
