Supplier Claims → dispatched battery → Approve battery
Step by step
Open the supplier dispatch and select the battery.
Choose Approve battery.
Set Receive now to Approve value only — receive later.
Enter the agreed Approved value (Rs), date and notes.
Save and inspect the approved amount still to recover.
What to check
- The claim has an approved value with an outstanding supplier recovery.
Things to know
- Do not mark value received until stock, money or credit has actually been received.
- Approval and physical return of a defective battery are separate actions.
