Choose the item actually received and the agreed replacement value.

Supplier Claims → battery → Approve battery or Receive battery
Step by step
If approval is pending, choose Approve battery and Approve and receive now. If already approved, choose Receive battery.
Select Replacement item as the recovery method.
Choose Received item and Received quantity. This can be a different model from the submitted battery.
Enter the agreed Replacement value (Rs); changing the model does not automatically change this value.
Choose No adjustment if there is no difference to receive or pay, then save.
Check the recovery history and the received item’s stock ledger.
What to check
- The selected item enters saleable stock at the recorded recovery value.
Things to know
- Use the adjustment options when extra money or supplier credit is part of the exchange.
- For an already approved battery, recovery must stay within the remaining approved amount.
