Step by step
Confirm the battery’s approved value and amount already recovered.
Choose Receive battery.
Record the part received now using replacement, cash / bank or supplier credit.
Keep the recovery within the outstanding approved amount.
Save and check the remaining amount.
Repeat when another part is actually received, using its real date and method.
What to check
- The history shows each recovery and the amount still outstanding.
Things to know
- Do not create a fresh approval for every payment on the same approved battery.
- A replacement with an adjustment uses the net claim recovery value.
