WHERE TO GO

Claims & returns → Claim Item Stock Report

Step by step

  1. Open the report and apply its available filters.

  2. Identify the battery by its unique code and model.

  3. Compare its receipt, dispatch, return and scrap movements.

  4. Open the related customer claim or supplier dispatch to investigate an unexpected status.

  5. Use normal Stock Summary for saleable replacements, not this defective-stock report.

What to check

  • You can account for the defective battery’s location without mixing it with saleable stock.

Things to know

  • Customer replacement does not automatically remove the defective battery.
  • A rejected battery remains with the supplier until Receive battery back is recorded.
