WHERE TO GO
Supplier Claims → dispatched battery
Step by step
Open the exact battery in the dispatch.
Choose Reject battery and record the decision details.
Leave it with the supplier until it is physically returned.
When it comes back, choose Receive battery back.
Check the defective-stock report and confirm the battery is available once.
What to check
- Rejection records the decision; receiving it back restores available defective stock.
Things to know
- Rejecting alone does not mean the battery is back in your shop.
- A returned defective battery is not saleable replacement stock.
