Update a model’s retail price safely
Change the catalog value used by the invoice pricing formula.

Items → Select item → Edit Item
Step by step
Find the model in Items.
Choose Edit Item and change Retail Price.
Choose Update Item.
Reopen the item to confirm the value persisted.
Select the model in a new invoice and check its calculated Net Unit Price.
What to check
- The new retail price is saved and used when a new invoice line is calculated.
Things to know
- The reviewed Retail Prices Update screen has a bulk-save mismatch. Edit the item individually until that issue is fixed.
- Changing a catalog price does not rewrite old invoices.
