Open Stock Summary.
Clear filters that could hide relevant items; do not use In stock only if you need zero or negative quantities.
Sort the current quantity column so the smallest quantities are visible.
Review items against the reorder quantities you use in the business.
Open Item Ledger if a quantity is unexpected.

- Your reorder review uses the current recorded stock quantity.
Current limitation
- Known limitation: the reviewed Low Stock report checks opening quantity against a fixed threshold of five.
- It is not a reliable current-stock reorder alert and does not provide a custom minimum-stock workflow.
