See current quantities and recorded stock values by brand or category.

Inventory → Stock Report / Items → Stock Summary Report
Step by step
Open Stock Summary.
Search by model or code, or filter Category and Brand.
Use In stock only if you want to exclude zero and negative quantities.
Click a sortable heading such as Stock qty or Stock value to change order.
Review the filtered totals, then export through the report controls if needed.
What to check
- The displayed totals reflect the selected filters.
Things to know
- Turn off In stock only when checking shortages.
- Items with unresolved costs can be excluded from the value total. Review the note about unpriced items instead of assuming the total covers every item.
