WHERE TO GO
Administration → Backups & sync
Step by step
Read and keep the exact error message.
Check available disk space and whether the selected backup destination is connected and writable.
For a failed second copy, confirm whether the primary local backup succeeded.
Reconnect the destination and create a fresh backup, then verify its status.
If restore stopped because the current database could not be preserved, resolve that storage problem first.
Keep existing backups and working data until a successful recovery is verified.
What to check
- The failed step is identified and a successful backup or restore can be confirmed.
Things to know
- Do not delete the working database to force a restore.
- A listed folder is not proof of a successful second copy.
