Choose a folder for a second backup copy

Administration → Backups & sync → Choose backup folder
Step by step
Connect or make available the drive or folder you intend to use.
Choose Choose backup folder and select the destination.
Create a new backup.
Check the last successful second-copy status.
Open the destination through your file manager and confirm the backup file is present.
What to check
- A new local backup also has a verified second copy.
Things to know
- If the destination drive is disconnected or unavailable, fix it and create another backup.
- Choosing a folder alone is not proof that a copy was written.
