Load a Nizam backup stored outside the built-in backup list.

Administration → Backups & sync → Restore external backup
Step by step
Confirm you are in the correct local company context.
Choose Restore external backup and select the intended Nizam backup file.
Review the company and date information available before confirming.
Confirm the restore and allow Nizam to preserve the current state and close the session.
Reopen and verify company identity, latest invoices, stock and account balances.
What to check
- The intended backup is restored and verified before new entries begin.
Things to know
- Do not choose a file only because its name looks recent; check the records after restore.
- Retain the original file until the restored data has been checked.
