WHERE TO GO
Sale or purchase invoice → Net Unit Price
Step by step
Select the item and enter its quantity.
Type the final agreed rate in Net Unit Price.
Change Qty if needed; check that the manual unit rate remains unchanged.
Choose Add Item and check the line amount.
Save the invoice when all lines are correct.
What to check
- The line amount equals quantity multiplied by your entered net unit price.
Things to know
- Changing Discount % recalculates the rate. If you change the discount later, review the final net price again.
- The invoice forms round unit prices to whole rupees.
