Enable cloud sync for a local company
Move the company into Team Mode and upload its existing records.

WHERE TO GO
Administration → Backups & sync → Enable cloud sync
Company owner or eligible administrator confirmation is required.
Step by step
Connect to a reliable internet connection and review the current company records.
Create a current local backup.
Choose Enable cloud sync.
Complete owner confirmation or the administrator email-verification step shown for the company.
Keep Nizam open while it creates a safety backup and uploads the existing records.
Wait for completion and verify the company’s storage/sync status before adding other PCs.
What to check
- The company is cloud-connected and ready for team access.
Things to know
- Once in Team Mode, edits require internet; offline access is view-only.
- There is no ordinary switch on this screen to turn a team company back into independent local copies.
