Step by step
Confirm the installed version displayed inside Nizam.
Connect to the internet and check the update status.
Use Check for updates when available and keep any error message.
Check whether the update screen shows a download in progress or an error. Current update delivery is public and does not require an active paid license.
Ask the release administrator to confirm that a higher version was published for your Windows app and update channel.
If an update is already ready, finish current work and use Restart & install.
What to check
- The status explains whether an update is available, ready or blocked.
Things to know
- Rebuilding the same version is not necessarily an upgrade.
- A newer installer existing on a website does not prove the in-app update feed is correctly published.
