Use an as-of date to review outstanding receivables by age.

Parties menu → Receivable Aging / Reports → Accounts Receivable Aging
Step by step
Select the As of date.
Review Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day columns.
Identify the party and total outstanding amount.
Compare overdue amounts with the party ledger and invoice dates.
Check receipts and advances before following up on a balance.
What to check
- The report groups the outstanding receivables at the selected cutoff.
Things to know
- Aging focuses on invoice allocations; a general party balance can include openings and advances.
- Use the same as-of date when comparing reports.
