License / plan screen and connection status
Step by step
Check whether the app displays an expired-license message.
If so, open the plan screen and follow its renewal or payment-request process.
If the license is valid but the company is in Team Mode, reconnect to the internet for edits.
If only one action is unavailable, ask the administrator to check your role.
After approval or reconnection, refresh the status and reopen the workspace.
What to check
- The reason for read-only access is identified and the appropriate access is restored.
Things to know
- A paid local company can work offline until its verified license expiry.
- A payment request or receipt submission is not itself license approval.
