Remove a mistaken duplicate only when the app allows it.

Parties → Select party → Delete
Step by step
Search carefully and select the unwanted record.
Check whether it has transactions or a balance.
Choose Delete and review the confirmation.
Confirm only for the intended unused record.
If Nizam blocks deletion, keep the account and ask an administrator to review its dependencies.
What to check
- The unwanted unused record is removed from the directory, or a clear error explains why it must remain.
Things to know
- Do not cancel real business records merely to make deletion possible.
- For a party with history, correcting the name or classification is usually the relevant action.
